Yay! Temporary reprieve from coursework. I don’t have to get it done until the 17th. Still got to get some work done on my final year project though.

Insulating tape is useful. I stood on a PCI slot cover plate and ouch (that’ll teach me not to leave stuff like that on the floor) My foot bled so I patched it with kitchen roll and insulating tape.

Installed a new HDD in Neoseph it now has 2 x 120GB. The hard drive isn’t actually brand new it’s been sitting around in my room for a while gathering dust.
The dust the inside the case was really bad, it doesn’t help being kept in my bedroom, all the soft furnishings give off a lot [...]

I’m busy not doing coursework today. I should be doing it, but when it actually comes to getting work done tidying my room (something which I normally hate) seems so much more exciting.

Got a tricky script working today. It feed votes into a web poll with the intention of showing the owners that the results of such a poll are very easily manipulated and should not be used to decide official policy especially on controversial subjects.

I’ve been organising my music collection this weekend. This has mostly involved hunting around the house for CDs with my favorite tracks and ripping them using grip and lame
