Springs for joystick
Was sorting through tons of floppy disks today. Found one that was corrupted, it said it had 13.2GB of files on it!
The corruption was probably caused my obsessive got-to-tidy-everything mother who decided it would be a great idea to store them right next to a magnet. Good job there wasn’t anything important on them.
I also found a packet labeled “Springs for joystick + spare elastic” this was from years ago when I snapped one of the springs inside my joystick by using it too violently when playing X-Wing so I replaced it with elastic. Then I realised that it didn’t feel right as the elastic was stronger than the springs. So I replaced all of the springs with elastic. The repaired joystick was better than when it was new.
Also my mints arrived today.
