Although I don’t believe in god or the bible. I think the mid-winter holiday is a good time to throw parties and give presents to cheer people up especialy with the depressing lack of sunshine generally associated with this time of year.

This is the time of year where I try to avoid my least favorite relatives. In particular my Aunty Stella, a bitter little old lady who cares more about money than anything else.

This is also the time of the year that I mostly avoid the television.

The most cool unexpected present I got today is a robot building kit. I also got Series One and Three of Star Trek TNG DVD box sets, I didn’t expect to get two series. I’m watching them now.

I got to eat lots of roast potatoes today They’re such a treat. I only get to eat them at Christmas and New Years day because it’s the only times my mum cooks them.

It’s been snowing a bit today. Yay! I like snow.
