General Error

Trying to look at the news on the BBC website and I get two popup dialogs from RealPlayer, both saying “General error. An error has occured” and clicking on “More Info…” closed the dialog. It reminded me of the bit in Red Dwarf where Holly says “Emergency! Emergency! There’s an emergency going on”. Totally useless, how am I supposed do anything about that?
