I’ve added a nicer page for the barcode generator that also includes a quick walkthrough on how to read Code 39 barcodes.

I just picked up some old monitors from the guys at the DCLUG. They are way better than the ones that I have at the moment and they were free. The best thing though is that I have been meaning to get a bigger monitor for ages but I haven’t had the money.

I decided it was time for a change in my blogging engine, I migrated the database across to Wordpress using one SQL query but the customised theme took a bit longer. The stucture is similar to the Kubrick theme but I customised a lot using CSS so it looks like the rest of my site.

This week I went to London for the LinuxWorld Expo. There was lots of free stuff on offer, most of the exhibitors were offering pens, there were also stress balls from Thawte and extra strong mints in a cool clicky tin from Avocent. My favorite freebie though has to be the boxed pen from Hummingbird, [...]
